Built in the 1960s-1970s, many of the homes have been remodeled to reflect today's styles. Large, tree-lined yards and sidewalks on every street make this a safe and inviting place to live.

The Boulevard Lane Community Association (BLCA) is a homeowners association supported by voluntary annual dues and the time and energy of volunteers. Many events are held throughout the year, including an annual garage sale, spring egg hunt, safety fair, bark/dumpster event, and holiday decorating contest.
